Another Saturday spent working my ass off to emergency-fix my house.
Blah.

Morning Session (drills)
5 x patch holes in my roof
6 x scoop crap out of my gutters
1 x sprain my ankle
How I feel:
Well... I have a sprained ankle now. That rules.
I hope this won't keep me from training. I'm going to try like hell to make sure it doesn't.

No weights today.
